rate limit reduced to 7/m from 2026-11-02

Due to excessive traffic, the rate limit will be reduced to 7 requests per minute on 2026-11-02. This should still allow you to fetch every 10 seconds.

To avoid exhausting the traffic budget shared by all consumers, please make sure to opt into compressed data using the Accept-Encoding header; gzip and zstd (Zstandard) are supported.
